Sunday started with Volvo Championship Club training, and saw the cadets practicing roll-tacks and learning to sail without a rudder. James Bray sailed his new ‘Topper Buzz and Ross Blackledge displayed the art of capsizing in his Laser 4.7
During the afternoon’s racing we saw the return to winning ways of the ‘Bennett Boys’ in their 59er and everyone else just looked in disbelief as these two just vanished into the distance every time they launched that big blue kite. Perfect sailing conditions except for a rather annoying chop to windward and once again good to see everyone enjoying their sailing.

A Smiffy Buzz
Hi Smiffy
Thanks for all your advice last week about sailing downwind in a Laser 2000. As we sailed over you to windward I wondered whether you would like some advice abut sailing downwind in a Buzzzzzzzzzzzz
I just know this one will run and run
See you mate!
